George Highway, Vye’s Beach is the perfect spot for visitors to stop and relax and take in the sights of the Miramichi

In recent years, erosion protection has been completed along the shoreline of Vye’s
Beach. A lookout has been added to provide visitors with an exceptional and panoramic view of the Miramichi River, Beaubears
Island, and Strawberry Marsh.

Interpretive panels are installed at Vye’s Beach lookout to tell stories from times
past. Vye’s Beach is an ideal setting to be used to welcome visitors to the City of Miramichi and provides just a taste
of what can be found within.
